You will need to prepare for our online interactive tasting session by obtaining the following:

You may buy your wine anywhere and select any producer’s wine. Just make sure it is from the Region specified below:

1) Pair with 2 – 4 oz. White Chocolate – from Piedmont, Italy – CAMP FROLE MOSCATO D’ASTI ($17.99 per bottle)

2) Pair with 2 – 4 oz. Milk Chocolate – From Piedmont, Italy – S ORSOLA BRACHETTO D’ACQUI

Tasting Glasses

3 identical clear wine glasses with stems

Environment

A computer equipped with a camera and speakers (and/or a headset)

A pencil or pen to complete your tasting form

A glass of water

Water, a spit bucket, wine opener (or Coravin if you have one)
